I handled an auto theft claim for my customer and she had to go down and obtain a copy of the
report in person for her settlement because request in writing took too long. (22 days)
Jean and Yolanda were so helpful to get a police report. They even delayed their lunch time to
assist me.
Please see attached letter. Rude only on telephone but not when I visit the office. Why? (Letter
