I had received some incorrect information about 2 backgrounds approx. 6 months ago. I spoke with Lisa
(my PRSI contact) and since then have no complaints.

If I hadn’t already known what it takes to obtain a educational verification (I was the only one doing
them for a previous company) I would believe that takes 3 days to complete that part of the inquiry.
However, I have NEVER had to wait that long for a return reply, so it is hard to comprehend why
that takes so long under the present process. As for criminal, and job verification, I realize there may
be some overlap in the waiting period due to the demand.
Turn around fax reports in less than 24 hours.

Mail to me a few of the resource screening order forms. The one I have is pretty bad.
