Turn around time and responses are not consistent. Supplements not consistently stamped, " Supplement " . Problem is fixed for a time when brought
to your attention, then seems to start again. Software has responses but have not received them via fax. Software upgrade that allows date report is
supplemented would be most beneficial. The answer I received regarding the fix is not acceptable. Asking us to absorb the cost unless we are
expanding our program to include the "field" locations is not the level of customer service I would expect. It seems we are continually having to call
and check the status of most requests and it is not until we do call that we actually receive the faxed report. There have also been several "typos" that
were rather major discrepancies.
When you send a supplement report could you only send the supplemented info. on one page with the
agents name, address, and SS# on top.
I do not do background reports and have not done so for over a year. Please remove my name from the
list. I do pay the vendor bill.
The only complaint I have is one report we received indicated "no record found" when in fact the
employee openly admitted to a criminal record. Another report was sent to us replacing the first
report.
All is well.

your staff for doing such an outstanding job. You have never let me down in all the years that I have
worked with you. You have always made me feel as if I am your only client.
